Wood Property Management is a full-service property management and real estate company in the San Diego County area of Southern California, with 30 years of property management experience. We serve San Diego, Fashion Valley, University City, La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe and the surrounding areas to help property owners and local residents with their goals.

Our primary services focus on residential properties, including multi-family properties and single family homes. We help property owners find the right tenants when they decide to purchase a property. We also work with active members of the military when they want to rent out an investment property after being transferred to a new location.

Our team provides a concierge service for property owners when you purchase a vacation home and we offer real estate services to help you buy or sell a property. Our real estate and property management company was originally founded in 1978 and we have the experience to handle any complications that arise when you move to the area or want to rent out a property.
